These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, customers, vendors, and content contributors.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and any other policies posted on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3DCrafts.studio.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

All products available through our website are 3D-printed home and desk accessories manufactured in India under valid commercial licenses from third-party designers. The brand name "3DCrafts" is our trade name under which these products are sold.

Product Descriptions:

We make every effort to describe and display our products as accurately as possible on our website, including through product images, descriptions, specifications, and measurements.
However, due to the nature of 3D printing, which produces items layer by layer, actual products may vary slightly in colour, texture, dimensions, weight, and finish from what is shown in product images or described in product listings. Such minor variations are inherent to the 3D printing manufacturing process and are not considered defects, faults, or grounds for return or refund.
Product colours may appear differently depending on your device's screen settings, resolution, brightness, and calibration. We do not guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate.
Dimensions and weight listed on product pages are approximate and may vary by ±5-10% from the stated values due to the manufacturing process.
Where product listings state that certain items are "not included" (such as electronics, LED bulbs, wiring, plants, soil, batteries, clock mechanisms, phones, headphones, or any other items), only the 3D-printed product body is being sold. All other items shown in product images are for illustrative, styling, and representational purposes only and are not part of the purchase.

Product Availability:

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
Because our products are made on demand (3D printed to order), production timelines may vary depending on order volume, product complexity, and other factors.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing:

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
In the event of a pricing error (including but not limited to typographical errors, system glitches, or incorrect pricing fed by automated systems), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even if the order has been confirmed. We will notify you of such cancellation via email.
Promotional discounts, coupon codes, and offers are subject to their specific terms and conditions, expiry dates, and usage limits. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.
Prices displayed on our website may differ from prices displayed on third-party marketplaces (Amazon.in, Flipkart, etc.) where our products may also be listed.

Payment:

We accept payments through the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, digital wallets, and other methods as made available through our payment gateway partners.
All payment transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, Stripe, or Shopify Payments). We do not store your complete credit card, debit card, or CVV details on our servers at any time.
By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the total order amount to your payment method.
If your payment is declined, fails, or is flagged for potential fraud by our payment processor, we may cancel your order and notify you accordingly.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if available, additional charges may apply as displayed at checkout. COD availability is subject to serviceability at your delivery pin code.
All payments are final upon successful processing, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Order Acceptance and Fulfilment

Order Placement:

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart at the listed price. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — it merely confirms that we have received your order.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, inability to verify your identity or payment information, orders that appear to be placed by resellers or dealers, orders that violate our Terms, or any other reason.
If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Order Fulfilment:

Since our products are 3D printed on demand, production begins only after your order is confirmed and payment is successfully received. This means your order is custom-manufactured for you.
Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided on product pages and/or in order confirmation emails. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
We will make every reasonable effort to fulfill your order within the estimated timeframe. However, production delays may occur due to high order volumes, technical issues with 3D printing equipment, material supply disruptions, quality control rejections requiring reprints, or other factors beyond our control.
If a significant delay occurs (beyond 7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date), we will notify you via email and offer you the option to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Order Modifications and Cancellations:

You may request modifications to your order (such as changes to shipping address or product colour) by contacting us at [EMAIL ADDRESS] before production has begun. Once production has started, modifications may not be possible.
You may cancel your order for a full refund before production has begun. If production has already started, cancellation may not be possible, or a partial refund may be offered at our discretion, as the product is being custom-manufactured for you.
We will notify you of the status of your cancellation request via email.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within India. International shipping may be made available in the future at our discretion.
Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Free shipping promotions, if offered, are subject to their specific terms and conditions.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
We use third-party shipping and logistics partners (including but not limited to Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, Ecom Express, and others) to deliver your orders. Delivery timelines depend on your shipping address, the courier service, and factors such as weather, holidays, and logistics disruptions.
Estimated delivery timelines are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by our shipping partners, weather events, natural disasters, government restrictions, customs processing, address errors provided by you, or any other factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. While we pack products carefully and securely, we are not responsible for damage that occurs during transit by the shipping carrier. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but you claim non-receipt, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. The resolution will depend on the outcome of the carrier's investigation, and we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund in such cases if the carrier confirms delivery.
For certain remote or restricted pin codes, delivery may not be available or may take longer than standard delivery estimates.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are 3D printed on demand (custom-manufactured for each order), our return policy has certain limitations:

Eligible for Return/Replacement:

Products that are damaged upon arrival (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage and packaging).
Products that are materially different from what was described on the product listing (wrong product shipped, significantly different design, etc.).
Products with manufacturing defects that affect functionality (e.g., a lid that doesn't fit, a pen holder that doesn't hold pens, structural cracks from printing errors).

Not Eligible for Return/Refund:

Minor variations in colour, texture, layer lines, dimensions, or finish that are inherent to the 3D printing process. These are characteristics of the manufacturing method, not defects.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, dropping, exposure to excessive heat, water immersion (unless the product is designed for water use), or any use not consistent with the product's intended purpose.
Products where the listing clearly stated that certain items (electronics, bulbs, plants, etc.) are not included, and the customer's complaint is about the absence of those items.
Change of mind, dissatisfaction with colour or size after purchase (where the product matches the listing description), or buyer's remorse.
Products that have been used, altered, modified, or assembled with third-party components.

Refund Process:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of approval.
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the account details provided by you.
Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong product shipped, manufacturing defect, or damage during packing).
We reserve the right to request that the product be returned to us before processing a refund or replacement. Return shipping costs in such cases will be borne by us if the return is due to our error, or by the customer if the return is for other eligible reasons.

How to Initiate a Return:

Please do not ship any product back to us without first receiving return authorization from our team.

8. Product Designs — Intellectual Property and Liability Disclaimer

All product designs sold on 3DCrafts.studio are sourced under valid commercial licenses from third-party designers and design studios. These designs are manufactured in India by 3DCrafts under the terms of such commercial licenses.
All product designs are the intellectual property of their respective original designers and are used by 3DCrafts under commercial license. 3DCrafts does not claim original authorship or ownership of the underlying design files.
The designs are provided and manufactured "as-is" based on the licensed design files. While we perform quality checks during manufacturing, 3DCrafts is not liable for any inherent design flaws, structural limitations, or design-related deficiencies that exist in the original design itself.
Products listed as accessories for electronics (e.g., phone stands, charger holders, headphone stands, lamp bodies) are designed to complement specific devices but are not officially endorsed, certified, or affiliated with any electronics brand including but not limited to Apple, Samsung, Sony, Bose, JBL, Google, Amazon, or any other brand. All brand names mentioned in product descriptions are used solely for the purpose of describing compatibility and are the trademarks of their respective owners.
Compatibility with specific devices is based on standard dimensions at the time of design and may not account for future device changes, new models, or design revisions by the device manufacturer. 3DCrafts does not guarantee compatibility with future device releases.
The customer assumes full responsibility for determining the suitability of any product for their intended use. 3DCrafts makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of any product for a particular purpose beyond its described intended use.
3DCrafts shall not be held liable at any cost for any damage, injury, loss, or harm arising from the use or misuse of any product, including but not limited to: damage caused by using a product for purposes other than its intended use; damage caused by exposure to conditions beyond the product's specifications; personal injury arising from improper handling or misuse; any allergic reactions or sensitivities to the material; or damage to surfaces, electronics, or other items used in conjunction with our products.

9. Material and Safety Information

All 3DCrafts products are manufactured from PLA (Polylactic Acid), a plant-based, biodegradable thermoplastic material. PLA is generally considered non-toxic and BPA-free.
While PLA is classified as food-contact safe by various international standards, 3DCrafts does not certify any of its products as food-safe unless explicitly stated on the specific product listing. Do not use products for direct food contact (eating or drinking from them) unless the product listing explicitly states they are designed for such use.
PLA has a glass transition temperature of approximately 55-60°C. Products should not be exposed to boiling water, dishwashers, microwave ovens, conventional ovens, or prolonged direct sunlight in extreme heat, as this may cause warping or deformation.
Products sold as lamp bodies, lamp shades, or lighting accessories are designed exclusively for use with cool-running LED bulbs. Never use incandescent, halogen, or high-wattage bulbs with any 3DCrafts product, as the heat generated may damage the product or create a fire hazard.
Products sold as planters or vases that claim to hold water have been designed with sealed interiors. However, over extended periods or due to micro-layer variations in 3D printing, minor seepage may occasionally occur. We recommend using a waterproof liner or placing a saucer underneath to protect surfaces.
Keep all products away from open flames, heat sources, and extremely high temperatures.
Small products or products with small removable parts should be kept out of reach of young children to prevent choking hazards.
"Our products are manufactured using either PLA (Polylactic Acid) or UV-Curable Photopolymer Resin, depending on the specific product requirements. Resin products are more detailed but can be more brittle than PLA. Unless explicitly stated, resin products are not toys and are not food-safe. They should not be sanded without proper respiratory protection due to fine dust particles."

10. Intellectual Property

The "3DCrafts" name, logo, tagline, product copy, product descriptions, marketing content, photographs (where taken by us), website design, and all related branding elements are the property of 3DCrafts.studio and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
The underlying product designs are the intellectual property of their respective original designers and are used under commercial license. No rights to the underlying design files are transferred to the customer upon purchase. You are purchasing a physical manufactured product, not a design license.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, reverse-engineer, 3D scan, or exploit any portion of our products, product designs, website content, or Service without our express written permission.
You may not use our product images, descriptions, marketing materials, or any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
If you believe that any content on our website infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at [EMAIL ADDRESS] with details of the alleged infringement.

11. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

Without limiting the foregoing, 3DCrafts specifically disclaims:

Any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or title.
Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content on our website.
Any warranty that the results obtained from the use of the Service or products will be accurate or reliable.
Any warranty that defects in the Service will be corrected.
Any warranty regarding the quality, compatibility, or safety of any product, except as explicitly stated in the product listing.

This disclaimer does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Sale of Goods Act, 1930, or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3DCrafts.studio, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Personal injury or property damage arising from your access to and use of our Services or products.
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein.
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.
Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party.
Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service.
Any actions, errors, omissions, data breaches, security incidents, service disruptions, or failures of any third-party service provider.
Any design flaws, structural deficiencies, or limitations in the original product designs that we manufacture under license.
Any damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or use of products for unintended purposes.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to the Services or any product purchased from us shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, or INR 5,000 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand), whichever is lower.

This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3DCrafts.studio, its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and court costs) arising out of or in connection with:

Your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
Your breach of these Terms of Service or any applicable law.
Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or other proprietary rights.
Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Services, including reviews and user-generated content.
Any fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate information you provide.
Any claim by a third party related to your use of the Services.
Your negligence or wilful misconduct.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Services.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Services integrate with and rely on numerous third-party tools, platforms, and service providers. These include but are not limited to: Shopify (e-commerce platform), payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, Stripe, etc.), shipping partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, etc.), analytics providers (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.), email marketing platforms, SMS/OTP service providers, customer support tools, cloud hosting providers, and any other third-party services we may use.

3DCrafts is not responsible or liable for:

The content, privacy policies, terms of service, data handling practices, or security measures of any third-party service provider.
Any data breaches, service disruptions, errors, downtime, losses, or damages caused by or arising from any third-party service provider.
The actions or omissions of any third-party shipping carrier, payment processor, or other service provider.
Any transactions between you and any third party, even if we introduced you to that third party or you accessed that third party through our Services.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

We may add, remove, or change third-party service providers at any time without prior notice.

16. User-Generated Content

By submitting product reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, testimonials, or any other content ("User-Generated Content") through our website, marketplace listings, social media pages, or any other platform in connection with our Services, you:

Grant 3DCrafts a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such content in any media for marketing, promotional, and business purposes.
Represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Represent that your content does not contain any material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
Agree that you will not submit fake reviews, misleading testimonials, or content intended to deceive other customers.
Acknowledge that we have no obligation to publish, display, or maintain any User-Generated Content and that we may remove, edit, or refuse any content at our sole discretion without prior notice or explanation.

You retain ownership of your User-Generated Content, subject to the license granted above.

Order confirmations, shipping notifications, and delivery updates.

Customer service responses and follow-ups.

OTPs and verification messages for account and transaction security.

These communications may be sent via email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, or any other electronic medium. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, you acknowledge that electronic records and communications sent through our Services constitute valid legal documents and are admissible as evidence.

18. Force Majeure

3DCrafts shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing any obligation under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Events"), including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, government orders, sanctions, or restrictions, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, strikes, lockouts, labour disputes, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, data breaches at third-party service providers, 3D printer equipment failures or material supply disruptions, shipping carrier disruptions, changes in law or regulation, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.

In the event of a Force Majeure Event, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and resume performance as soon as practicable. If a Force Majeure Event continues for more than 30 consecutive days, either party may terminate the affected order, and we will provide a full refund for any undelivered products.

19. Compliance with Indian Laws

These Terms are governed by and subject to the laws of India, including but not limited to:

The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020: We comply with all e-commerce entity obligations including transparent product information, fair pricing, grievance redressal, and prohibition of unfair trade practices and dark patterns.
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and DPDP Rules, 2025: We process your personal data in compliance with this Act. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules: We comply with electronic contract validity, data security, and intermediary obligations as applicable.
The Sale of Goods Act, 1930 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872: All transactions through our platform constitute valid electronic contracts under Indian law.
The Legal Metrology Act, 2009: We display product information as required, including dimensions and weights where applicable.
The Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017: We comply with all applicable GST requirements for e-commerce.
The Guidelines for Prevention and Regulation of Dark Patterns, 2023: We do not engage in any deceptive design patterns.
NOTE : "While you may exercise your Right to Erasure under the DPDP Act 2023, please note that we are legally required to retain transaction-related personal data (Invoices, GST records) for a period of up to 8 years to comply with the Income Tax Act and GST regulations."
