Thank you for shopping with 3DCrafts! Every product you order is 3D printed on demand — crafted specifically for you, right here in India. Because your order is custom-manufactured (not pulled from a warehouse shelf), our shipping process works a little differently than most online stores. Here's everything you need to know.
1. Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your product enters our production queue. Since every 3DCrafts product is 3D printed to order, there is a production period before your order is handed over to our shipping partner.

Processing times may be longer during sale events, festive seasons (Diwali, Christmas, New Year), or periods of high order volume. If your order requires significantly more time than the estimated processing window, we will notify you via email with an updated timeline.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes
We ship all orders through trusted third-party logistics partners. The courier assigned to your order depends on your delivery pin code and serviceability.
Our shipping partners include (but are not limited to): Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, Ecom Express, and other reputed courier services.
Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): [X-X BUSINESS DAYS]

All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed dates. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, courier partner performance, weather conditions, local holidays, and other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
- Orders above ₹[AMOUNT]: Free shipping across India
- Orders below ₹[AMOUNT]: Flat shipping fee of ₹[AMOUNT]
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, so there are no surprises.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if available at your pin code, an additional COD handling fee of ₹[AMOUNT] may apply. COD availability depends on your delivery pin code and our shipping partner's serviceability.
We do not charge any hidden fees. The total amount you see at checkout is the total amount you pay.
4. Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive:
- Order Confirmation Email — immediately after placing your order, confirming your order details and payment.
- Dispatch Notification Email — once your order has been packed and handed over to the shipping partner, with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
You can track your order at any time by clicking the tracking link in your dispatch email, or by visiting our shipping partner's website and entering your tracking number.
If you do not receive a dispatch notification within [X BUSINESS DAYS] of placing your order, please contact us at [EMAIL ADDRESS] with your order number and we will provide an update.
5. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries
Our shipping partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts at the address you provided. If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts (due to no one being available, address not found, or refusal to accept), the package will be returned to us.
In such cases:
- We will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
- Re-shipping charges will apply and will be borne by the customer, unless the delivery failure was caused by an error on our end (e.g., wrong address label).
- If you do not respond to our re-shipment communication within [X DAYS], we may cancel the order and issue a refund minus the original shipping cost and return shipping cost incurred.
To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that your shipping address is complete, accurate, and includes your full name, phone number, flat/house number, building name, street, landmark, city, state, and pin code.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
We pack every order with care. However, damage can occasionally occur during transit. If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during shipping — visible cracks, breaks, or deformation that were not present before dispatch
- Incorrect product — a different product than what you ordered
- Missing items — your order is incomplete
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [EMAIL ADDRESS] with the following:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damaged/incorrect product
- Photographs of the packaging (outer box and inner packing)
- A brief description of the issue
"To process a claim for damage during transit, we strictly require an unboxing video starting from the moment the package is sealed until the product is fully revealed and inspected. This video must be continuous (no cuts/edits) and clearly show the shipping label. Without a valid unboxing video, we may be unable to fulfill replacement or refund requests for transit damage."
We will review your claim and respond within 48 hours with a resolution, which may include a replacement, re-shipment, or refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.
Do not discard the packaging until your claim is resolved — we may need it for investigation with the courier partner.
7. Undelivered and Lost Shipments
If your tracking shows the package as "delivered" but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbours, family members, security guards, or anyone at your delivery address who may have accepted the package on your behalf.
- Wait 24 hours, as sometimes tracking updates before actual delivery.
- If still not received, contact us at [EMAIL ADDRESS] with your order number and we will initiate an investigation with the courier partner.
The resolution will depend on the outcome of the courier's investigation. If the courier confirms delivery with proof (such as a delivery photo or signature), we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund. If the courier confirms the package was lost, we will re-ship your order or issue a full refund at your choice.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than [X BUSINESS DAYS] after dispatch, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier partner on your behalf.
8. Pin Code Serviceability
Not all pin codes in India may be serviceable by our courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable:
- You will be notified at checkout (where possible) that delivery is not available to your area.
- If serviceability issues are discovered after order placement, we will contact you to discuss alternatives (such as an alternate address) or process a full refund.
For remote areas and certain northeastern states, delivery may take longer than standard estimates and may be serviced only by India Post.
9. International Shipping
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
We may introduce international shipping in the future. If you are located outside India and are interested in our products, please contact us at [EMAIL ADDRESS] and we will do our best to explore shipping options for you on a case-by-case basis. Any such international orders would be subject to additional shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and other charges levied by your country, all of which would be the customer's responsibility.
10. Order Modifications After Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched and is in transit with the courier partner, we are unable to modify the shipping address, change the product, or cancel the order. The package must be delivered (or returned to us) before any changes can be processed.

11. Festive and Sale Season Shipping
During major sale events (Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Republic Day, Independence Day sales, etc.) and high-demand periods, both our production times and courier delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased order volumes across the logistics network.
We recommend placing orders well in advance if you need products by a specific date. We will always communicate any expected delays transparently on our website and in order confirmation emails.
12. Shipping Partner Disclaimer
Our products are shipped through independent third-party logistics and courier partners. Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, transit and delivery are managed entirely by the courier partner.
"We share only the necessary personal data (Name, Address, Phone Number) with our logistics partners to fulfill your order. Their handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy and their respective data protection standards."
3DCrafts is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the courier partner due to weather, logistics issues, vehicle breakdowns, route changes, or operational disruptions.
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Packages held at customs or local post offices (for India Post shipments in remote areas).
- Damage occurring during transit after the package has been handed to the courier (though we will work with you and the courier to resolve such issues).
- Any actions, omissions, or failures of the courier partner.
We work only with reputed courier services and pack all orders securely, but once the package leaves our facility, delivery performance is dependent on the courier partner.
