Yes. Nothing sits on a shelf. When you place an order, we start printing and hand-finishing your product specifically for you. This means each piece gets individual attention and quality checking before it ships.

We offer customization on select products. Reach out to us at hello@3dcrafts.studio with what you have in mind and we'll let you know if it's possible. Note that all customized orders are final sale.

We photograph our products accurately, but minor variations are natural with 3D printing. You may notice subtle layer lines, slight texture differences, or minor color variations between batches. These are characteristics of the craft, not defects.

Since every product is made to order, there are two stages. Production and quality checking takes 3–7 business days. Shipping takes 3–5 days for metros, 5–8 for tier 2/3 cities, and 7–12 for remote areas. Total estimated time is about 7–14 business days depending on your location.

Yes — all orders above ₹999 ship free anywhere in India. Orders below ₹999 have a flat shipping fee of ₹70–99.

We ship through trusted partners like Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, India Post, and Ecom Express. The courier assigned depends on your pin code and serviceability.

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track from your account page on our website.

Since every product is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We encourage you to carefully review product dimensions, materials, and descriptions before ordering.

We stand behind our work. If your product has a manufacturing defect, shipping error, or transit damage, contact us at 3dcrafts.studio04@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Yes — to help us verify transit damage and hold our courier partners accountable, we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time. Without this, we may be unable to process a replacement.

We issue store credit (digital gift cards) for the full product value on approved claims. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

No. Items purchased from our Sale or Clearance sections are final sale.

Keep PLA products away from high heat — don't leave them in hot cars, direct sunlight, or near heaters, as they can soften or warp. Resin prints are detailed but can be brittle, so handle with care. Wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth.

No. Unless specifically stated on the product page, our products are designed for decorative and organizational use only.
