Return and Refund Policy — 3DCrafts

At 3DCrafts.studio, we believe in the value of the "Made-to-Order" model. Every item in our shop is 3D printed, hand-finished, and quality-checked specifically for you after you place your order. Because we commit time, electricity, and specialized materials (PLA/Resin) to every individual request, our return policy differs from mass-market retailers.

By placing an order with us, you are supporting a custom manufacturing process and agreeing to the terms outlined below.


1. Our "Made-to-Order" Commitment

Because every product is crafted specifically for the person who ordered it, all sales are considered final. * Change of Mind: We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations if you change your mind, find a different product elsewhere, or decide the design doesn't suit your space after it has been manufactured.

  • Product Research: We encourage all customers to carefully review dimensions, material properties, and descriptions before checkout to ensure the item meets their needs.

2. When We Will Make It Right

We stand behind our craftsmanship. While we don't offer returns for "change of mind," we will absolutely take responsibility if an error occurs on our end. You are eligible for a resolution if you experience:

  • Manufacturing Defects: The product has a structural failure or does not perform the function described on our website.

  • Shipping Errors: You received a design, size, or primary color different from what you ordered.

  • Transit Damage: The item arrived broken or deformed due to handling during delivery.

3. Our Verification Process (The 48-Hour Window)

To ensure we can resolve issues quickly and fairly, we ask our customers to follow these simple steps:

  • Report Quickly: Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Any damage or manufacturing errors must be reported to 3dcrafts.studio04@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The Unboxing Video: To help us verify claims and hold our courier partners accountable, we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video. This video should show the package being opened for the first time and the discovery of the issue.

  • Note: Without a clear unboxing video, it becomes very difficult for us to verify transit damage, and we may be unable to move forward with a replacement or credit.


4. Characteristics of 3D Printing

3D printing is an additive process that creates items layer by layer. The following are natural characteristics of the technology and are not considered defects:

  • Texture: Visible layer lines or minor surface "artifacts" (standard in FDM and Resin printing).

  • Finish Marks: Tiny marks on the surface where support structures were carefully removed by hand.

  • Color Nuance: Minor shade variations due to different batches of raw material or how colors appear on various digital screens.

5. Product Care & Longevity

To keep your 3D-printed items looking great, please keep the following in mind (as damage from improper care is not eligible for credit):

  • Heat Sensitivity (PLA): PLA products should be kept away from high heat. Avoid leaving them in hot cars, in direct summer sunlight, or near heaters, as they may soften or warp.

  • Handling Resin: High-detail resin prints are beautiful but can be brittle. Please handle them with care, as they may snap if dropped or handled roughly.

  • Safety First: Our products are intended for decorative or organizational use. Unless stated otherwise, they are not food-safe and should be kept away from small children and pets due to potential small parts.


6. Resolution: Store Credit Only (Gift Cards)

To sustain our small studio and cover the costs of custom manufacturing, 3DCrafts.studio does not issue monetary refunds or bank chargebacks.

  • The 3DCrafts Gift Card: If a return is approved due to an error on our part, we will issue you a Digital Gift Card (Store Credit) for the full value of the product.

  • Details: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Store credit cannot be converted into cash or transferred to a bank account.

7. Return Logistics

  • Authorization: Please do not send items back to us without a Return Authorization from our team.

  • Shipping: If we confirm the error was ours, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return. Items must be returned in their original packaging to prevent further damage.

8. Custom & Sale Items

  • Personalized Orders: Items customized with names or specific modifications are Final Sale and cannot be returned or credited under any circumstances.

  • Sale Gallery: Items purchased from our "Sale" or "Clearance" sections are also ineligible for return or credit.
